thank you all so much.. and there's more!!! i actually DID lose that one pound by this morning's check up with the surgeon!!! so, it's official, i'm down 220!!!!

and 123 since the surgery..... everyone's happy: the nurses, the surgeon, me, my sisters, my mom [even though she's pretty much oblivious to everything]

and this fabulous cheering section!!!!!!

I am so proud of you Jiff! that last pound for the doc was great.
