Default my new breakfast...yummm
I LOVE maple brown sugar cream of wheat made with 2% milk....today since our fridge is defrosted at work due to a move, I had a WW cherry Cheesecake yogurt cup I needed to eat for bfast too. So I decided to mix them...I put about 3 spoonfuls of the yogurt in my cream of wheat and wow....its a very delightful treat!!! I think I am hooked already. And from what I quickly calculated in my head....only a little over 200 calories.

Oh that sounds good! I love that cherry cheesecake yougurt.. in fact I"m loving most of the new yogurts out... I love to freeze them!
