I am watching the infomercial and I just KNOW that I am too out of shape at this point to do this.
But...My goal is that when I lose 50 lbs (hopefully by xmas!, jinglin' away the jiggle!
) that I will get down to 220 and be able to start it. I plan to keep doing the exercises (cardio, strength training and yoga) that I am doing now and hoping to be in shape enough by 220 that I can give it a shot.
There is a girl on spark who did it for 90 days and she looks absolutely AMAZING. She is my inspiration!
