I looked on the scale this morning to see it say 255!!!!!!!! it is supposed to go lower!! I guess taking 2 days off of exercising and eating those sausages did make a difference.

Darn sausages!

Keep exercising and staying on plan and it will be off before you know it!

Yeah, hon, guess so!

It was only two days. Some water and exercise will get you back on track in not time (probably lots of sodium in those sausages so you're probably retaining some water too).

Yes, forgive yourself, and really sausages are full of sodium too.

It's never fun to look down and realize that the scale is stuck or -- worse -- moved up! But you know how to handle this! You have already evicted 30 pounds of unwanted fat from your body and so you have learned exactly what you need to do to make that darn scale go the right way.

And you WILL do it! That's why you told us about it, because you are a responsible person and you hold yourself accountable. So, given your overall success in dropping those 30 pounds, I bet you will be back on track in 2 days, 3 days tops.

Kick those pounds out the door, RobbyNMarie!

Yep. I'd say that made all the difference! Unfortunately just WANTING to lose weight does not work Now drink lots, go for a walk and lose those pounds!
