<100kg!!

    I'm under 100kg (220lb)! Specifically, I weighed in at 99.8kg this morning! Woot! I realise that this doesn't mean much if you think in imperial, but for me, it is huge! It represents a human weight to me, as opposed to a number to be horrified by.

    This means I've lost 22.2kg (48.8lb) since the 7th of Jan. I am amazed and impressed with myself. And yes..... I feel a little smug
