8 Triscuits and a piece of string cheese? As a meal? Oh no, no, no. At least not for me. First of all, I personally can't do crackers. Eating crackers leaves me clamoring to eat MORE crackers. It's one of those have to shovel them in my mouth as fast as possible foods - and I avoid them. And they're not filling. And they're over in two minutes. I need my food to last and be extremely healthy, filling, satisfying, DELICIOUS and VOLUMINOUS. Triscuits - aren't. I usually have a MEGA salad and a protein for lunch.
