What type of pizza was it? Deep dish? Regular or thin crust? What was on it?
I only ask because pizza doesn't have to be evil or off limits. With a bunch of kids and a husband pizza is pretty popular here. We order 2 medium pizzas (the slices are smaller then a large) and one has just cheese (not extra cheese) and the other has what the husband likes. 2 slices with some veggies or pineapple and chicken (my favs!) and I am good to go, don't feel deprived and didn't sabotage my entire day. We get our pizza from a local place and it seems to be A LOT less greasy then the big chains.
I agree with the others also. Drink lots of water and excersize. You'll feel better. That's what I plan on doing today. Somebody (me) is getting ready for 2 birthday parties and somebody (me) "sampled" her share of some chips and french onion dip.

I am hoping I will be soar after my workout so I am not tempted to do too much sampling as I make the THREE birthday cakes I have to make! LOL!
