I have been stuck 227-228 for two weeks. 225 was 50lbs. I weighed 228.6 on Friday. I left for a mini-vacation with my sister on Saturday morning. Went to the zoo Saturday, spent Sunday hiking, and Monday was all about shopping (mostly at health food stores...we're weird like that

) . It helps that sister is also losing weight and we stick to the same plan for the most part. Ate healthy, including an incredible lunch at Whole Foods yesterday. I was hoping to maybe, finally, be at 50lbs lost when I got back.
I just about fell off the scale this morning when it showed me at 222.5!!!! I soared right over the 50lb mark! It was about time it moved!
Okay, that's enough exclamation points and carrots. I was just excited and wanted to share.
