I had a 4 oz piece of chicken rolled into a ball with one 50 cal slice of prepackaged Asiago cheese & one 40 cal slice of ham. Sprayed with pam, rolled in 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Baked and drizzled with plain Greek yogurt. Side of steamed asparagus. I was very happy with my dinner. We also ate on the porch and it was lovely. I didn't actually have room for wine yesterday, but one new thing I've been doing lately is having 'half-glasses' of wine sometimes. Just 2-3 oz of wine, since it's a way for me to have wine regularly. I count it as 70 calories, and you know what, with eating less overall I end up feeling tipsy on a whole glass of wine anyway (sad but true). |
