Talking Im back AGAIN.

Hello to everyone. Its been a LONGLONG time since I have been on here. I have missed 3fc SSSOOOO much. I am so glad to be back. I had a herniated disk that incapacitated me to the point of not being able to get out of bed for 4 months. I am 5 weeks post-op spinal fusion. I am feeling 95% better. I am still very sore and it is still hard for me to work out. I am in physical therapy and hope to be back to working out full time in the next month. I managed to lose 30 pounds being in bed. I have no idea how I did it. I ate just as much as was not moving at all. I have been at a plateau for about a month. I havent gained which is a blessing. I have started to walk a few times a week. Not too much, about a mile, but it is something. I cant wait to get to know all the NEWBIES and get reaquainted (dont think that is spelled right) with all of my old friends.

Hey dek. Welcome back.

I am so sorry to hear of your back problems. Sounds incredibly painful. Glad that you are mending so well and are almost back to yourself.

Great job on losing 30 lbs during this time!!! FABULOUS!!!

I'm sure once you get up and really moving things will progress even better for you. Looking forward to hearing more from you.

You lost 30lbs bed-bound!?! You really must have got the hang of healthy eating, well done! With that kind of determination, it won't be long before you've lost 30 more!
