Default Fat, protein, and carbs

I use Diet Power to track my calories, fat, nutrients, etc. It gives me a pie chart and percentage breakdown of my fat, protein, carbs on a daily basis. What is a good ratio? I think my fat is a little high right now...all healthy fats, but still a higher percentage of my calories comes from fat. I am not sure what a good ratio would be.

I usually aim for no more than 30% fat, try for 30% protein and around 45% carbs. It seems to work for me.

have you checked on the 'edit PDAs' button?

Mine currently lists 15%/25%/60% for Protein/Fat/Carbs (69.75g/61.66g/279.9g).

Glad to meet another DietPowerer - and well done on what you've lost already.
