Well it is 5pm here and I still haven't smoked! I have wanted to today but I refuse to! When I see DH smoking I get a little pang of wanting to smoke but this is important to me and worth going through a few days of **** for! I just got back from a walk and I have to say already I feel like I can breathe a lot better!!

Great job - keep it up! Expect to have cravings, but just tell yourself that it's par for the course and you'll deal with it. When they do hit, minimize it by reminding yourself that the cravings WILL subside.

I found walking every evening was a GREAT substitute for smoking.

Thank you! I am trying to keep busy. Cleaning, reading, exercising etc is really helping me.

Wtg!!!!

Well I am almost done with day 4 of not smoking and I feel great! I felt horrible this morning but by this afternoon felt really good. I am not really experiencing withdrawl symptoms anymore and feel pretty much back to normal well better than normal since I am not smoking. It is amazing to feel like that! It used to be I would start feeling horrible after a few hours with not smoking so it is very freeing to not smoke and feel good! I am really proud of myself!
