worked out yesterday and today, food wasn't horrible, but wasn't good either, bad choices, but it WAS a birthday party, I did have the very smallest piece of cake, about 2 bites, we got a small cake so ALL the pieces were small, heh, mine was miniscule

packed away some chips, dip and salsa tho, but didn't eat lunch, and a VERY small dinner, so I'm sure I broke just barely above max, I can't even begin to log it...lol
O well, I weighed myself after eating everything tonight, and my gallon of water, and I was only a little above where I was when I said I had a loss, so hopefully tomorrow I'll have it burned away enough to not have the scales show it anymore, I've had super intense workouts, toning yetserday, and toning/cardio today, don't know when I'll take a break, but my body isn't screaming for mercy yet
