Well, I honestly didn't know how much I'd lose. I first made the goal when I just thought I would "cut down on what I eat and exercise." Then, BAM! I joined WW again and now am 9 lbs down.

I pinched a nerve in my neck & have been down & out the past few days. It sux. But I've managed to stay on plan. Hoping to see the scale move again for me tomorrow. The past few days I've been up a bit and it's getting a little discouraging. I want to spend some more time on this site tonite, but I'm so sleepy! Hope everyone is doint well! |
I have set a mini-goal to lose 10 by Valentine's day. I am almost positive my boyfriend is going to officially ask me to marry him then, so let's hope for an amazing day!

Was down to 3.6 lbs today after gaining the past couple of days. Weighing in every day is really allowing me to see my fluctuations & what is causing them. It's crazy how much weight I can gain over nite. Glad to see the loss today, but still don't get to move my ticker. But at least it is accurate again :) |
I'm in also. I have been off my plan for one week now - really off! and am looking for motivation to begin again. My husband and I went away last weekend and my eating just spiraled. There was too much good food around and I only did half-hearted planning beforehand. Lesson learned I hope.

I am down 2 more lbs this week so 2.5 to go, still hoping to get there before VDay. Purple - I got the Wii Fit for Christmas. I just got it hooked up last weekend but from the 'games' that I've played and/or unlocked, I really like the Super Step and Ski Jump. I'm doing the C25k program so I don't consider anything with the Wii exercise... it's just fun (and the extra effort can only help). :) Keep up the good work everyone... and welcome to the new joiners! |
Had a bad week with staying OP & getting exercise... Gained a pound... ugh
