I'm going to join! I've also got a valentine's mini goal from the vegetarian board, so I will take the same, which means 11 lb. I might even loose a bit more, I've, for some reason, lost 10 lb since jan 2nd and I wasn't counting on that when I set my goal.

Been quite on here! How's everyone doing on this challenge?
I'm 1/2 way there as of this morning, I had a 2.8 lb loss which I totally wasn't expecting. I even weighed twice just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Yay! |

Hows everyone doing? Staying OP and working out?? Im staying OP but Im not working out like I should~ Im SOOOO tired and not sure why! All I wanna do is sleep and I dont like sleeping too much because I get horrible headaches. Oh well..gotta push myself harder!!

I'm down 3.8 pounds so far... 8.2 to go.
My loss is purely food related right now... my diet was way out of whack around the holidays and I ate enough to kill a horse. So I have cut out the candy... I'm going to kick up the weight loss by incorporating movement next. |
I'm OP, but I only weigh once a week. I won't know how I'm doing till Sunday.

Hey Purple! I've been on plan today, but not yesterday so much & I woke up to a 4.2 lb gain! Hoping most of it was water weight.
I knew that 2.8 overnite loss was a fluke........I'm still not changing my ticker back tho! Back on track w/ the food today, I'm THINKING about exercising, which means it will be a couple of days before I actually do it. I've only exercised once since I started WW 3 weeks ago. I've got to get on that. |
I weighed in today and I am 2.3 lbs towards my goal of 12 lbs. Woot woot! :)
