Default Breaks!! Breaks right NOW!!

I have been doing so good for so long, up till the holidays hit. Since just after thanksgiving I went from 208 up to 212.2 I stopped working out, telling myself I had no time, when I really can find some. I need to stop it right now. It's just hard when the ppl you live with have junk food all throughout the house. Lying everywhere!! Tables, cupboards, fridge, you name it, it's out. I need to take control, I need to go work out, I need to pass by the things I shouldn't eat, and grab ahold of the things I should.

There.....I just needed to get that out. If anyone here has gone through the same thing, please let me know....let me know it's just as easy to get back on the wagon as it is to fall off.

Oh, I know! I'm having the same problem but only after the holidays I had my TOM so I was lucky enough to add an extra week of crap! Haha, starting today I'm back on track!

I'm with ya! But I've found the 200+ TV ads for this or that weight loss product helpful. Where were they at Christmas? My gym was closed for 2 weeks for Christmas and New Year, that was less than helpful.

No...It's not easy to get back on plan...But it will be easier to stay on plan once you do it and remember how hard it is to recovr the same ground. You don't want any more damage to have to re-do.

You did it before and you can do it now.

Comeon...grab my hand and jump back up here on this wagon. Were heading to skinneyville and it's a long trip so you might as well ride with friends!

I'm right there with you, I haven't been to the gym in 6 days. It's crazy but I'm happy to be back at work today, happy to be back to my routine, happy to be back on plan, and glad I'm going to the gym tonight!

Refocus! You've worked so hard, you've lost 69lbs, and you're more then 1/2 way to your goal!!! We all have our slips but all that counts is what you do about them. Don't beat yourself up just get back on track
