  • Oh yes. I listen to Jillian Michael's podcasts, too. And, I watch old episodes of Biggest Loser Australia on Youtube. I visit the maintainer's forum here on 3FC once or twice a week. I also have several blogs that I follow and I'm back to calorie counting on Daily Plate. I also love to read success stories both here on 3FC and on The Weigh We Were. Seeing others succeed gives me hope that I can do the same.
  • This might be counterproductive BUT I look at pictures of a girl that I'm super envious of. She's the total opposite of me: blonde hair, blue eyes, really tall...you get the idea. But it does motivate me to workout and lose weight. LOL I wanna be the hot opposite!

    Also, old, fatter pictures of me really motivate me to not eat all that pizza.
  • Every couple of weeks I have to make an 8 hour drive home for a couple days (so 16 hours there and back). I love burning the Jillian radio show to a cd and listening to it for the drive. Definitely makes it easy to not hit the fast food or junk at the gas station.
