Default Starting a New Me for the New Year

Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale this morning and realized I was 115 lbs overweight. I am at the heaviest I have EVER been and I have been upset all morning. But I may as well move on and since I dont like it , I have to do something about it. I do have a wii fit, and yesterday I did 40 mins of aerobic activity on it, so thats a start. I have done weight watchers in the past, but I am too embarased of my weight to go back. Hopefully when I lose 20 or so lbs I will be more comfortable and can go back. I know that this weight is bad for me, I am on medication for high blood pressure and I am not yet 30. Please help me through this!!

Hi Niki, you are in the right place. I was exactly 115 pounds overweight when I started. Don't beat yourself up over it, don't be overwhelmed by it. Just make up your mind to do something about it. It's only been a year since I started my weight loss and I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Many people lose faster than me, I'm in my 40's and have health issues that have slowed it down. I've still had great success. You can do it! We're glad you are here!
