Thanks! I've been told many many times that I "carry my weight well." My response is always "well as well as you can carry 376 lbs!" lol!!!
I do a lot of yoga type stretching and walking. I am up and down stairs packing kids, laundry and stuff all day long. I'm also up and down off the floor every five seconds. Having to heft this amount of weight up off of the floor easily takes some muscles I guess
lol!
