I came in with a slight gain from the holiday weekend from 307.8 to 308.4 on my official weigh in. I think it was mostly water from higher sodium levels and eating out. I was also not as "on" with my water.

So overall no worries. I'm pretty sure my next official weigh in will show a loss.

It's a good morning! I said goodbye to 214. I haven't been under 214 in at least 4 years!

Last Thursday: 215.6
Today: 213.6

Down 3.8lbs for the week for a total of 43.8 and I got to see the 260's for the first time in years.

Congrats to all the losers! If you can do it during the holidays, then you can do it any week!!

Well, last week I was down 1lb which put me at 206...then I indulged a bit over Thanksgiving plus it was TOM, so I was retaining water like mad and went up to 210, which bummed me out. But, TOM has ended, I went right back on plan after Thanksgiving and for weigh-in today I was at 204! YAY!! I love water weight coming off, lol.

I gained half a pound so I'm up to 256.5. But I know my eating habits were atrocious so I take full responsibility for it. I started working out yesterday and eating mindfully today so I know I'll see some loss next week

Congrats to all the losses this week!

I am down 2.1 lbs taking me to 259.8

YAY! Finally in the 250's! Haven't been here in a long time. 9.8 Pounds more until I reach my first mini goal
