Okay, now that Im done being an idiot.
Well my little girl is 5 months old now and Im starting to feel human again. So its that time once again to try and get my rear in gear. Before I got pregnant with my daughter last year I was doing SOOOOO good. The weight loss felt effortless and it was melting away quicker than I imagined, but now its like ummmm WHAT WAS I DOING????? HOW DID I DO THAT??? I know I need to get on the treadmill an hour a day, its hard to find the time now with two kids under 3. On top of that my husband is in school now so any free time he has is spent on homework, he used to be such a big help watching the kids while I was on the treadmill. On a positive note I did get a Wii Fit for my b-day and its great for strength training and yoga. Keeps tabs on my weight and BMI. And I can do it with the kids. Well wish me luck and I hope to become friends with you alll, cause you guys are the best help for weight loss Ive got!!!
