I stayed on plan for 2 weeks, minus a few slips...I drank tons of water, made excellent food choices,
wrote everything down and lost 5.5 lbs in two weeks! I am so excited to finally have the scale moving in the right direction.
I joined Weight Watchers about 2 months ago but didn't really embrace the whole lifestyle change, definitley didn't write everything down. I lost a little here, gained a little there, with no appreciable results. Once I came to 3FC and read some of the stories of the 25, 50, 75, 100+ lb weight loss, I decided to get serious about my goals. Thank you all for your motivation!
I literally did a little victory dance today at weigh in. I am so proud of myself! I think this calls for a dancing carrot!!
