Lightbulb My Survival Kit =D

Hey y'all,

Last night I stayed up half the night because I got this idea and then just couldn't put it down! I added a new page to my 3fc blog called "Eileen's Low-Carb Survival Kit" and wrote about a bunch of stuff that's been helpful to me along my weightloss road thus far. Yeah, I'm doing low-carb but I'm also counting calories so there's stuff in it that pertains to low-calorie too!

I finally ran out of steam at 4 am and then got back up again at 8 am so I'm not exactly firing on eight cylinders today! (Happy Thanksgiving, btw!)

Anyway, here's the link:

Eileen's Low-Carb Survival Kit

These are of course, things that have helped me, but I sure would love feedback and more moRE MORE suggestions!

Thanks!

Thanks so much Eileen! As a fellow carb counter (kinda sorta, you know how my diet is weird) this information is VERY helpful to me.

Default A note of thanks

Thank you for sharing all of that information!

I have been considering which diet plan to follow as I have medical issues that would make both low carb and low fat the way to go for the best chance of success.

Thanks Eileen, I'll have to try some of your suggestions. I try to watch the simple carbs too. Diabetes runs in my family. I really enjoyed looking at your blog, you are doing great!
