Hello all just popped in to say hi.I'm a regular at the atkins section and saw all your awesome before and afters way to go woo woo .I just di a b 4 and after and figure i would share it with all of ya.I lost 303 pounds my max was 598 at 6'3 today I'm 295 I did a Atkins that I modified with more veggies.

I had other progress pics on page 5 of this thread, but I found newer ones that I thought were better. The one on the left is me at my Senior Prom in 1999. The one on the right is of me singing karaoke back in February of this year.

Come see what 75 lbs looks like before and after!

Like many, I avoided the camera so had a hard time finding a good before pic. This is from a family pic. I didn't use this one as there was another where I looked less fat lol.

I tried to take a progress pic after Robyn was born but I thought I looked fatter than when I was pg. I was pretty dissapointed. A couple weeks ago I had to buy some pants. My old pants were looking goofy as they had gotten so big. Or I had gotten too small for them lol. Since I had obviously shrunk I decided to try for another progress pic. The first one I was wearing a sweater but I could tell it was hiding a waist so I got dh to take another. I was happily surprised by what I saw. He took a side shot too. In that one I look like an average person but a 5 mos pg average person lol. The morning the picture was taken my weight was 193.4. I've lost over 78lbs!

Not very long after I lost 100lbs. I've since had another baby and I'm working on losing the last 5 again.

ETA: After dropping another 20 to get down to 177 pounds, I've managed to climb all the way back to where I started! :rollpin: Now I'm ready to get it all off again, once and for all. :yes:

Here's me! This is at about 30 pounds down from my highest. I'm still digging around for the starting pics - and need to get some new ones. This should do for now, though :)

Ok guys...
I know this isn't a great picture and my gut is somewhat hanging out..lol..BUT...a friend sent me this picture and for one of the first times in my life.....I looked at the picture and said..."my gosh..I"m almost pretty". This is really huge for me...seriously, it is!!!! Oh..in case you are wondering why I'm dressed so weird.....I had a surprise 30th b-day party for my husband with a Dukes of Hazzard theme. Everyone dressed up in dukes gear...my shirt is a vintage late 70's cowgirl shirt..lol. Ok...I just wanted to share this pic.

I've been looking at all the other pics and everyone looks AMAZING....awesome job!!!!!!!!!


Oh...I hope this picture or attachment thing works..I've never done it before...eeek????

Well, I've reached the 75lb. mark so I wanted to share a couple of more pics. The first 2 were taken in May of last year at my highest of about 240. The others were taken today (except of the one with my hubby which was taken a few weeks ago).

Dee, you look gorgeous! Congratulations on your hard work!

My DH took a photo of me in Maui a couple of days ago that was okay so I thought I'd do a side-by-side comparison. This is at 84 lbs. lost, although I realize I named the photo 82 lbs. lost. Since I just got back from vacation, I'm betting it's probably now 82 lbs. lost instead of 84 lbs. lost. I wish what happened in Maui stayed in Maui, but I'm afraid what happened in Maui is now on my hips. . .

My avator is my progress pics:
HW 300 SW 283 241 in September but, gain some back but, now on my way back down to 241:)

A one year, 75 pound comparison...
 

The first two pictures were taken last April near my high weight (about 290 I think... not quite my high weight)

The last two pictures are now (about 220). The black dress I'm wearing now was the dress I was targeting to get back into. I bought it a number of years ago and loved it. It was the first thing I grew out of, and I'm thrilled to be back in it. I have an event to wear it at next month, too!

So, boy, you can really see a difference in my face! And I have a waist again!

I wasn't going to do any more progress pics until I reached my goal, but a co-worker took this pic this morning and I was kinda pleased with the way it turned out. I've put it next to my starting pic. I can see a difference now.

Hey guys....

Here's a few pics from lastnight...we had a friends 30th B-Day party to go to. I'm loving how my legs are starting to get some shape to them....they no longer look like big tree trunks..lol...I continue to give credit to The Firm! Also..I got my hair cut and colored this week....I"m a redhead now and I"m loving it!!! The second pic is me with my parents....don't we look cute?....My parents are great! Anyways..just wanted to share...talk to you all soon...

So anyways. This is me!
The first picture was at my cousins wedding in March(233). The second was on mother's day(220) and the last one was on 7-8-06 (211).
Now you can put a face with a name. Who's next???
Believe me it took a lot of nerve to be able to do this and a lot of time trying to find pictures of myself. I don't particularlly like the camera but I'm getting better.

Hey all...

Since I couldn't get my freewebs thing to work....I thought I would post a few Rockfest photos here. I know my arms still need a lot of work...but hey...I actually wore a sleeveless shirt and wasn't all that self conscious about it...so that's a big improvement for me. Hope you enjoy the pic's...they were my favorites out of all of them....(just ignore the cigarette in my hand in the one pic....hey...it was my birthday.. I had to celebrate a little bit....yeeeek). Ok....I better run...

Well 32 lbs gone so I thought I'd post a pic for comparison. I think I can see a difference! Although in these photos, there's only a 23 lb difference. I don't have a pic from my heaviest weight.

Here's mine:

Heaviest - 329lbs - although I don't have a picture of me at that weight this is the only pic I have of me at a very big size (due to avoiding cameras rather cleverly!)

Current weight is 223 - the last picture is of me at around 230lbs.

Okay, I posted these in the main "progress pics" page, but I also wanted to post them here! This is 2 months time - I lost 15 pounds. I'm also posting DH's.... he's lost 30!!!!!!!!! :carrot:

Now that I've SEEN the difference, it's even more motivation to want to see what 15 more pounds looks like, 30 pounds, 45 pounds... we can do it! :cb: :cheer: :lifter:

OK, I just uploaded the pictures from my birthday party this year and thought it was about time I bit the bullet and showed off my progress. I can't see it in individual pictures but when I compare this summer to last summer it blows my mind.

im a relative newbie here, but had lap band almost 11 months ago. best decision of my life. i am down 127 pounds.

Well, just thought I'd show my progress so far. The first picture is from quite a few years ago. I'm guessing I was probably around 14 or 15 years old and around 200 pounds. The second picture is a pretty recent one of me at my current weight. I'm not exactly how sure my highest weight really is, because I was too afraid to step on the scale at that time (around January 2007)... but I weighed myself around May and was 308 and was at that weight until a little over a month ago when I started losing some weight. My guess is that I was probably around 315 or so, because before I started really monitoring my weight and food and so on, I think I shed a few pounds without making any drastic changes. ANYWAY, there isn't a *huge* difference, but I just thought since I've lost at least 20lbs, I should put something up!

Okies ladies... here is the pic!

In the first picture I had already lost 20lbs but it is the only real before pic I have of myself to compare!
