ladies, no one is slacking here except me. New rule: anything less than 64 oz is NOT slacking. 64 oz is that 8 glasses of water that we should all be drinking according to THEM (whoever they might be).
I'm totally ashamed to post how much I've been drinking. Or rather not been drinking. I filled up that jug and I think it will be finished tonight. So I guess that is an improvement, 1 gallon in 3 days rather than 4. I'll take what I can get. |

how can I attach my water bottle to my body so I get this stuff down? I resolve everyday to drink a bottle with each meal and then at least 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. This is a reasonable goal. I just can't seem to do it. I seem to be able to manage my points and exercise has never been a problem for me. I just seem to have this water block! Well I'll just keep taking it one day at a time.:cool: :wave: |
Here's something that I've been doing to drink more water ....
I've got two girls that I chauffer around *all* the time - I'm forever in the car. So what I do before I leave is fill up the water bottle - my goal is to finish the dang thing before I get back. Since most of my trips last about 10-30 minutes from the moment I leave to when I get home, it's a good goal for me to have. And it's been working! |
Friday 4/26 - 72 oz
Saturday 4/27 - 108 oz Sunday 4/28 - 72 oz I'm actually doing it!!! |
Monday - 120 oz

Tuesday - 100 oz.

Wednesday - 96 oz
Thursday - 60 oz |

Well, I got in100 oz yesterday, a bit shy of what I try for, but, I'm getting there :D

Well yesterday I was able to get down over 100oz. So that's good.
I haven't started today, but i'm sure I'll get that much down again today. Bella23 |
