Default Q.o.d. 3/25/02

I figured since its my first "official" day I should stop slackin on the QOD Threads.

Ok so here goes:

What are some good "motivational" tips you have for getting yourself re-inspired to continue on this journey?

1. Go to the store and find something that weighs what I have lost. I picked up a 25 lb dog food bag on Tuesday night - GOOD GRIEF!!! I can't believe I'd been hauling that around with me, OR that I have about 5 more of them to get off!!!

2. Look in the mirror.

3. Look at my progress pictures/measurements/weight chart.

4. COME ON THIS BOARD AND POST!! Read journal entries... realize how far I have come!

5. Think about what I am doing today that I never would have thought of doing 9 weeks ago!

ok, here goes

Look at my cute little athletic baby, and think how I'd like to set the example for her to STAY that way...

Come here and read/post

Go run around the house a couple times and think that a few weeks ago, I probably would have died trying...

Think about how much less the pain from my fibro and my back injury hurt...

Feel my muscles rippling... (Even if no one else can really see them yet )

Think about hubby... if I don't keep him motivated, who will??

Hmmm...

1. Visioning myself wearing a size smaller.

2. Looking at old "bigger" pictures of myself.

3. Reading all of the inspirational stories here and on the internet.
