about not posting...
here goes...
monday: 30 minutes exercise tape freelance work... much walking, 1 long flight of stairs
tuesday: 30 minutes exercise tape [although i dogged it because i hurt my back and need to go to the chiropractor and won't be able to see him until thursday] freelance work... even more walking, 1 long flight of stairs
wednesday: back hurts too much. tried tape. stretched a little, did some abs, total about 15 minutes
thursday: chiro appt at 3:30. hurts!!! some stretches, some walking
friday: all better!!! 30 minute exercise tape. 15 minutes walking
[this may not sound like much to ya'll, but since last fall, when i couldn't even stand without oxygen and support, and the PT folks told me that the only exercise i couldhandle was taking deep breaths 10 times an hour, i've come a long way. and it's getting better. but there's still a long way to go!!!]
