You make me so happy, and help me to stay on track so much with the encouragement you give. It is SO great to have a place that I can go to, and say what I need to say, confess what I need to confess, brag about what I need to brag about... and know that someone (or a LOT of someones is always there to listen??

Okay so I have been here a week, and I really like it here. I will be honest, I have tired joining other groups. But none have been as warm as you gals. Yes I have posted on the 30 somethings for a long time, and we are warm and fuzzy there too. But these are the only 2 I have found. I am sure the other groups are great too, but some how I did not have the click I felt here!!
Like so many others, before I found 3FC I had tried a million different diets, plans and groups to lose weight. Never worked. I could never lose more than 10 lbs. It all changed when I found 3FC..and made so many friends all over the world.
Can I just say...
