  • I totally accepted my usual 3 lb water weight gain. It's the PMS/severe need to overeat junk food that kills me! I have found that taking daily calcium and fish oil supplement has helped curb the cravings a little bit. But it's still hard for me.

    Eating well has had the same effect on me. At least, it's quick and easy *compared* to before. Couldn't actually call it quick and easy . But I really am amazed how much of a difference it made and how fast. I started my first period only a little over 2 weeks into eating better, and it was already improved.
