MD Recommitment April 2

  • Ok. so this morning I am down .5 lbs. I'll take whatever I can get.

    Goals for today: Stay OP. Drink 3 qts. minimum of water. EXERCISE: either go Rollerblading with Pal (golden retriever) or take both dogs for a walk (Oreo can't go rollerblading with me as she can't keep up )

    11 AM: 12 oz water down.

    b= 1 egg, 2 slices toast, 2 c. milk = 7 points

    s= 10 oz. mini pretzels = 2 points

    12 PM: 32 oz down
    l= ravioli soup, low fat granola bar = 5 points
    s=2 corn cakes = 2 points

    6PM: 64 oz!!! AND 30 MINUTE MILE WALK!!

    7pm: "official" Every 2 week weigh in= 272 LBS!!!! Which means I've lost 5 lbs these last 2 weeks, and 25 altogether. So I'm presenting myself with the "25 lb" award, since I don't actually go to meetings!!!!

    dinner= crazy pizza, salad, carrots, and celery, diet coke = 7.5 points
  • PEEING like a .... well ..... sponge I am down 1.5 of water so who know what tomorow will bring

    staying op so far good. ate 1 jelly bean yesterday and said no to the rest!!!

    exercise YES did great so far!!!

    I started WW on Wed last week and have stayed OP every day-banking points like crazy but not using them!! I havent started exercising yet since I had a mole removed off the BOTTOM of my foot last week and have 6 stitches-- ( a good enought excuse for me!)Hoping for a good weigh in tommorow-- Will report it tommorow-

    Hey BA--1/2 pound is two sticks of butter off the ol bod'! And thats not bad at all!!

  • Had a good day, somehow I managed to stay within my points despite cravings. exercised and drank my aqua!! Going to be a good week!!
