Default I'm New!

Hi

I'm new, kinda......I used to post here regularly 8 years or so ago when I was on Weight Watchers.

Anyway, I'm back!

I'm Melanie, 34 years old. Mother of 2 - Courtnee (almost 17) and Colin (7). Married to dh for 7 years, together for 13 years.

I've just recently started at the gym again and this time plan to take is more seriously. Trying to work-out at least 3 times a week preferably 4 times. I have a work-out buddy so that helps.

I currently have about 150lbs to lose.......that scares me!

My 1st goal is to get into a workout routine, then I'm going to work on my eating habits. I need to take small steps.

I have some other health issues that will effect my progress but hopefully I'll be able to continue.

I look forward to posting my exercise everyday. I'm going to start when I see next weeks thread.

Hi Melanie!

Welcome back! Taking it slow, rather than jumping in with huge changes will really help you stay on track and not be overwhelmed.

Go ahead and post in our exercisers thread anytime! You don't need to wait for next week
