Well, I ended up having a fibro attack so bad that for one of the days I couldn't move my legs at all, so I haven't much been on the butt movin team, but, I'm comin back :-) I'm getting my strength back, and I'm gunna kick butt :-)

Well i had a really good week. My arms still hurt.
Monday- 30 min on treadmill, 20 min on rec. bike, my upper body weights, abb workout, and yoga Tue- walked with my m-i-l for 4 hours at the mall (lol) Wed.- I did half hour on treadmill, abbs, lower body weights, and 14 laps in the pool (11 laps = 1/4 mile) Thurs.- 30 min rec. bike and about 20 laps in the pool Friday- 30 min treadmill, upper body weights, swam 20 laps I have also managed to drink over a gallon of water for the past 2 days. That is great to me. It's a first. So hopefully with eating less and all the workouts, I'll start to drop the weight. Today I just did a major cleaning of my house and that was a work out in it's self. I am going to try to do some Yoga and rec. bike a little later but we'll see. If I do I'll tell you about it tomorrow. Have a great one Bella23 |
Yesterday I took as a rest day. I had a major headache pratically all day so I couldn't have exercised if you gave me a million $s. Today I am going out to buy a jogging stroller so I can start jogging with the baby. My regular stroller is too old and rickety to try that with.

Today I too will be a Butt Mover!! lol
I am forcing myself out the door and I will walk 2.5 miles during my lunch hour. I already caught myself trying to justify why I shouldn't do it today, but I am. I will. I must. I will do it and I will smile while I do it and I will smile after I do it. Can you see me talking myself into it? I will. |
Well On Friday and Sunday, this butt didn't move much. BUT on Saturday I did my WHOLE step aerobics tape. It's the 1st time I was able to finish the tape. It has 37 minutes of step and then 9 minutes of isolation (sit-ups, push ups, etc.) Yahhh!! So 46 minutes step!!! I am making 37 min my new daily goal!!! Here's to a new week!!

Well I didn't start the week out great. I had a sick kid yesterday and didn't do much at all. But I'll be at the gym tomorrow. And I'll get my water intake back up. I have only been drinking about 90oz. And let me tell you. I feel it. It feels like I didn't drink anything. Makes me wonder how I ever made it the day on 8oz.
Well hope everyone has a great week. I am going to weigh in at the gym at the end of the week and get messured. I will let you all know how it goes. Bella23 |
