Lost 5 1/4 lbs with out fat burners! I shall start taking them one a day for a week to keepfrom damaging heart or blood pressure and then two only per day. For your information ....The Professional Body Builders Association has made it a clear warning even for the very fit to begin on fat burners at minumum level for one week to allow the body to aclimatize to the stimulus and build up slowly to allow the body a chance to get used to the new "charge". Another thingtheystressed was that this type of product should not be used for more than one month continually
as the body will begin to slow down once again and stick in a major way. To use these products effectively you use them 2-4 weeks and stop 2-4 weeks. You do not have to build up to your dosage after the first time. While yo will lose less weight and maybe little in your off time it will stop those stuck periods from occuring or cause them to last much less time than usaul. I found ths very good informaion as this happened to me almost right off the bat. When it worked ...WOW but oh, when it stuck it stuck for months despite the fact I was faithfully taking them.
That is so disheartening!!!
