Aloha,
I am 32 years old have been overweight all my life. I've tried diets losts hundreds of pounds through the years and gaoned it all back. I wish I could find the answers to my problem then perhaps there could be an internal healing leading to external cure. I could use all the help on this jouirney.
First of all I would like to wish you all the best. I know what you mean. I to have been strugging with my weight. I have been on tons of diets and gained back after all of them. The only thing I have found that really works is excersise. I try to go to the gym every day. I do what I can and then swim. In 4 weeks I lost an inch everyplace on my body. And I feel great when I'm done
I know this is the hard way but if it keeps the weight off then it's worth it.
Good luck in your journey.
ALOHA
WELCOME TO OUR LITTLE CLUB.
First you have to decide what is best
for your eating plan...do you want to
try low carb, low protein, low fat etc.
or Sugar busters or Weight Watchers
or maybe just counting your own
calories. Once you have decided on a
course of action, then write down a list
of groceries that you will need to keep
you on program. Surf the web for
new recipes...ones that will fit your new
program and give you satisfation. that
is most important....cause if you aren't
happy and satisfied..then you will turn
to food at the wrong time and the
wrong kind of food.
Keep posting and we'll support you
all the way. Best wishes
