What are all the reasons (big and small hehe) that you are losing weight for?! Does anyone else have a list to look at in times of desperation when that snickers bar just looks too good and you just want to give up? Here is my list:
Reasons I am losing weight:
1. My health
2. My self esteem
3. For my two beautiful little girls. I want to be a fun and energetic mommy and be someone they can really admire and look up to.
4. For my hubby, even though he says I am beautiful no matter what I just know that he thinks I would look and feel better if I lost some weight.
5. So I can wear all the cute clothes that are in my closet. Nothing fits anymore because I have gained so much weight. I haven't wanted to go clothes shopping (can you say depressing) but I haven't lost weight either.
6. So that my hubby can pick me up again. I think right now I would break his back lol.
7. so that I can buy cute undies and lingerie and be sexy for my hubby!
8. So that if I ever wanted to go swimming with my kids I could and wouldn't feel like everyone was staring at the gross fat lady.
9. so that I can prove to myself that I can do anything and stick to anything!
10. so that I won't dread being weighed at the Dr.
