Well friday night I had some tacos. I did go a bit over carb level but not to bad. I have served my itch and an still on track.
I did not have any cravings from the shells so I am doing good. I did my usual day of eating and managed to get in all my water. and that was a feat for both days. I am still drinking for today! Kath how are the workouts going??? Pat??? Jenniffer??? any other hangeroners??? |

Well, I didn’t cave to the munchie bug (this time). At least it's a little better today, and I can finally feel it settling down once again (thank goodness, didn’t know if I could take much more of its rumblings). Got in another workout today... felt good. So that's six for the week. Pat, Jen... how's it going with you guys? Blitz away! Kath :) |
Well... tomorrow is the big day! Overall, I'm thinking I did pretty well and will have lost the 1.5 to 2 pounds I was hoping for. I looked back at my weight chart and I was 242.5 when I started. Have taken two days off from the exercise, so I have to start today to get my 5 days in for the week.

Sorry I havn't been updating but I have been discouraged lately. I have been good overall, exercising water. DID have a piece of cake this week. Don't know what came over me. UGH.

made it through the blitsz with only one day of taco eating. today was my day off from eating on plan. I am eating a bit wild but I am incontrol!!! tomorow i will be back OP till easter!! WHOOOO HOOOO we all are winners!!!!

Well... lost another pound this week. It was rough going some of the time, but I persevered somehow and made it to my Valentine's Blitz goal! Thanks to you guys! Posting regularly really does help for me.
The big news is... I am now under 240!!!! I may be just a half pound under 240, but I'm under it, darn it! Hooray!!!:D So I guess we're now on to the Easter Blitz! Or, St. Patty Blitz... Kath :) |
I don't remember what my V-day goal was, but I probably didn't make it. But! I am down nearly 8 pounds since Christmas. Slow, but progress nonetheless.
