  • Enjoyment has everything to do with it! If you don't like what you're doing diet wise or exercise no amount of motivation is going to keep you doing it. Your starting goals look terrific. I'm glad you've decide to get in some exercise and make sure you doing something you really like.
  • I met my goal!! See that beautiful, full, heart-healthy ticker? All full! And it will remain full until tomorrow, when I set it back to zero and start again next week.

    It really does feel good to have met an exercise goal. It's probably the first time I've done so in five years.

    so i'm going to pledge too! I already pledged 10 lbs. in the valentine's contest, and I'm pledging to do the WATP 1-mile walk 3 x this week!
    I'm happy to report I did the WATP 1 mile the three times as pledged, and he 2 mile one TWO times as a bonus pack!!!
