Weekly Weigh-in December 3 through 9

  • I didn't see one, so I decided to make the new thread. Hope no one minds.

    This week I weighed in at 205.6, putting me down a pound and a half.
  • I was down 2.8 lbs. this week. Only two pounds to a hundred. You can bet I'll be living in the gym this week trying to get there.

    Is it just me or does it seem like fewer people are flocking to this thread as we get closer to Christmas and the rest of the holidays? Are a lot of people trying to maintain through the end of the year and then hit it hard in January?

    Hope everybody had good weeks!

  • didn't lose anything. Can't say I'm surprised with all the crap I put into my body this week. I'm really thankful that I didn't gain though. Weighed in at 255.2
  • I have not checked in in awhile. But I ahve still been losing. 2 lbs this week! I had slowed down to 1 or none a week for about 2 months. These last few weeks I have done 1-2 lbs a week! I kept my calories the same, but upped my protien. I think it is working nicely! I am also running more, I am sure that is not hurting things. But I think it is more because of the protien.   • I am down 3lbs this week, not bad considering AF is here. And I'm only 1lb away from my Las Vegas goal..I'm sure I can get that off (and extra) in the next 2 weeks.

    I have also noticed less people weighing in here.
  • Finally! I'm down a pound. Not much, but better than staying the same for yet another week!

    Down 2.8 this week. But they are "re-lose" lbs. 1 more to go , then I'll be at my ticker weight!
  • I weighed in at 305.2! So thats about 3lbs lost since I started last tuesday!

  • Whooo hooo! Down about 4 lbs from last week. I think eating a moderate amount of carbs helps (though "moderate" is such a difficult concept)...

  • I usually weigh in on Mondays, but my scale needed new batteries...so...

    Down 2 pounds. Still not back down to the 177 I saw on the scale a month ago - before the 11-pound gain issue - but I'm feeling pretty good about it nonetheless.

    I am much less active on the boards lately because of all of my holiday commitments. I can imagine that it will be jumping in January, though, with New Years' Resolution folks.

    Great job, Fooled and Robin41, on approaching such big milestones. Onederland and the 100-pounds-lost club, here you come! And so many other really great losses! Nori - I'm a bit jealous, water weight or not. WTG!

    Oh - and I'm back out of obesity!!! So great!!! Now, I just need to work hard to stay out of obesity.

  • Well, I wasn't good all week. And with TOM approaching, I suspect I'm retaining a bit water, too. But despite that, I still somehow managed to lose 1.5 lbs.
