I did not lose anything this week for the second week in a row, I think the scales are stuck Oh well on the brighter side at least I did not gain lets hope the scales are working more favourably next week
I finally, FINALLY lost a pound. I've been stuck since mid-November. I suspect it was being better about my running since joining the points challenge. I was afraid the scale was going to stick there for months.
Nada, zippo, rien for me again this week. This is week 2 no loss for me too purpleorc. Must be a scale epidemic. We will have better news next week, I'm sure. For now, I'll just continue to admire the view of onederland...
I weighed in at 181, so I guess I'm down a pound and a half. WoO me! I hope to kiss the 180s goodbye by Christmas. I'm soooooo grateful that my 3 month plateau is safely over.
225 lbs - shocking considering I haven't been able to exercise much being so sick. But then again, I haven't been eating much as well... no appetite (the thought of any heavy/fatty foods make me ill).
