After 15 months and 2 days I finally reached my weight watchers goal today! I was completely surprised, as although I'd eaten pretty well this week, TOM reared his ugly mug on Thursday, and that usually has a very negative impact on the scale!

I spent today thinking about a lot of things and all the changes I've made since summer of last year, and all I can say is wow, it's the most incredible feeling to know that with hard work and your support we can all reach our goals! I'd like to think that I'm ready for maintenance, but I know that that is not the case. I still need 8 more pounds to reach my own personal goal, and then I'll reassess again. It might take me three weeks, it might take me 6 months, but I will get there!

Thank you, everyone, from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this journey. I couldn't have made it without you!
