I'm on plan today because I want to be in the 220's by my monday weigh-in and, unfortunately, brownies and sitting on my butt isn't going to get me there.

Because my birthday is in exactly 15 days and I've been doing well so far!

I'm staying on plan today because I moved from Florida to a cold weather climate and I want to be able to shop in the normal sized stores where buying a winter wardrobe won't cost me quite as much.

I'm staying on plan today because the scale hasn't moved much last week and this week. Which usually means if I stay the course, instead of deciding it's not worknig and getting lazy, I'll have a good drop next week.

I am staying on plan today because , I stepped on the scale today( weigh in day is Wednesday,but I like to check everyday), and it was up:mad: .5lbs, :mad::mad::mad: . The only thing I can think is too much salt. I exercised, I walked , I ate good. so I am staying on plan because I don't want that gain to stick, I want to loose that and more..:carrot:
