I lost 2.5 lbs. Yay! I didn't think I'd lose at all this week. I figured my body is still trying to normalize after the fast. I guess it's done normalizing

Last week weighed in at 223 this week weighed in at 217! Down 6lbs. I was 213 yesterday morning but TOM and mindless munching helped that out. IM going to be really good the next few days and try not to gain while TOM is here.
Lots of great losses. Rhonda - I know you've mentioned that you've been struggling, so congratulations on coming out of it with a loss! Dawn - glad your body is adjusting post-fast. Hope that the heartburn is gone as well. Tricia - Great job on hitting the 180s! I'm looking to follow you there, just as I've followed you into the 190s! Thanks for blazing the trail. Cara - what an amazing loss. Congratulations! Molly - A gain is the hardest thing to post, but the accountability means everything. I know next week, you'll be posting the loss.
I lost four pounds, and I am FINALLY in Onederland!! Love it here, by the way.
I am back down to my ticker weight. I had gone up, but lost another pound last week to get back to where I was. I told myself that I was always going to move my ticker, no matter what, but....
Not only did I get back down to my ticker after TOM was here last week, but I also got to move it down a pound. For a fleeting moment over the weekend, I saw 284.3, which would have moved the ticker to 20 pounds gone, but alas, it was fleeting. It'll come soon enough though.
Well, I weighed in at 184.2 this morning. I have been slacking for the past week and a half and have gone up from my 183.8 on Wednesday the 15th, but I am down from the 185.2 I posted last Monday and the high of 186.2 late last week. Hopefully, I can push myself back on track. I have taken to snacking overboard, and need to cease and desist, before I erase all my hard work. If I can't eat just one of something, then I can't eat it at all!
Another pound to lose and I'm back at my ticker (I refuse to move it back up)!
I'm skipping out on weighing in this week, TOM is almost here and the PMS Bloat has begun. I refuse to post a weight that I know is not accurate due to PMS - I would be more discouraged than anything. I stepped on the scale this morning, and it was a 5 pound gain from what I was when I weighed yesterday! So...... I know I can't gain 5 pounds overnight!! My normal weigh in day is Mondays.... I'll weigh in again NEXT Wednesday (that'll give TOM enough time to get here, get started, and hopefully my ballooning will go down!)
