I've never heard of that, but seeing as it is a bodily function that doesn't happen everyday, it seems possible. Of course that would only be for a day or maybe two per month, so I don't think I would try to track it.

I hope it's true. We ought to get something out of it.

I don't know how you can even come close on these kinds of calculations. You go through math that Einstein couldn't do and then at the end they tell you it may vary by 50% in either direction. What good does that do you?

I've never heard of that before. But hey, we'll take it where we can get it right??

I wouldn't be surprised at all! I get SUPER HUNGRY when I ovulate! And I eat a bunch, then I feel guilty, and my dh says, you are ALWAYS like this around this time. lol

Wouldn't that be nice! We definately deserve a little something extra for it all.. but really.. some people probably consume that extra 500 during that time because of cravings.

I've nevr hear of that. I have heard you're metabolism is more efficient during PMS. I do find that when I eat more during PMS my weight stays the same or I have an easier time losing that week.

Ovulation is when you release an egg, approximately two weeks before AF, so don't think you get extra calories to indulge in those PMS cravings.
