Default Increasing walking pace suggestion

Sometimes when you're larger it's hard to pick up the pace a bit when your walking outside... especially in this heat! At least I found that to be true for myself. Without a tredmill to keep up the pace I found myself slowing down out of a good heart rate zone. I was amazed at the differnce though some good tempo music with a really good beat can really help speed you up though! My Ipod Shuffle is sure giving me a great work-out!

I know it's such an obvious suggestion, but I forgot how much the music made a diference until recently. Give it a try some time te time goes by a lot quicker too.

Good work, Muse! And fun, too, with the music. I like to add a few dance steps in there (when no one's around, of course) when I'm walking. Fun, and works the upper body a bit as well.
