I have an official weigh in once a week and so I change my ticker at that time if there is a change. Sad to say there was no change this week, but I think it's due to TOM. I'm looking forward to changing my ticker next week!
I don't change my ticker if it stays within my goal range of 142-147. If I go above that range or below it, I will change it. I fluctuate quite a bit and would be changing it everyday.
I've always changed my ticker on my weigh-in day, which is Tuesday. I like changing it -- it's a little ritual I've had for a year now. Changing my avatar picture to the next 5 pounds down when I can do that, changing the weight under the avatar, and changing my ticker. Woohoo! I love it. I've only had three weeks when I gained, and I think I changed it upward one of those times but the other times I just left it, thinking I'd be back down the next week. And I always was, like this week! I also update it in my spreadsheet every Tuesday to watch my line graph trend downward. Stuff like that keeps me motivated for some reason.
I change mine on Mondays which is my official weigh-in day. I do change it whether it goes up or down. Hopefully, I will be only recording downs from now on!
Hmmm - I only weigh in every two weeks - I find there are too many fluctuations depending on what you eat or drink, bm's etc. So once every two weeks gives me a more accurate picture of where I'm at - but I will change it for sure.
I weigh myself every day, normally twice a day, but I only change my ticker on my offical weigh in day, Saturday. Occasionally I will move my weigh in day if I'm not going to be home on Saturday, because I only count weight on my scale.
My first official weigh-in is this Thursday and I've got my fingers and toes crossed that I will be moving it down. I went up two pounds over this weekend and I didn't move it up because I KNOW I'm taking that off.
