Default Happy PAP day to me!

Happy pap day, happy pap day, happy pap day to me!

Nobody bought me a cake or sang me the song today! (if you don't know what I'm talking about, it's from a commercial a while back when a lady had to go in for her yearly pap and she got a cake and balloons and everything)

I survived.

Just thought I would share the good news.

Oh, and I am down 7 lbs (according to their scale) from two weeks ago. Yay!

Good for you for getting your PAP. It is the best screening technique out there at the moment for cervical cancer.

I dread going to get my PAP every year, but once I do it I always think to myself "This isn't so bad..why do I get so worked up over it?"

Now once the MAM's start, I am sure I will sing a different tune.

MAMs are no big deal....what's worse--a few minutes of discomfort or a possible deadly illness?

Just keeping it real....

My aunt detected breast cancer early through her yearly MAM, so I don't care how uncomfortable it is, I don't think I will ever put that off!
