What has helped me is Water, and gum. For me its just my mouth needs something to do. It DOES get easier though. Last year, I eventually got to the point where I didn't WANT to eat anything after 9. If you struggle through it for awhile, it will come to be natural. Good Luck!

This is when I pull out the low calorie jello or a 100 calorie pack. I don't do this everyday but there have been plenty of times when it's been enough.
Also, I drink coffee and or brush my teeth. Lastly, I come here. That's what brought me here today, I have PMS munchies! |
