  • Hi there Rhonda! What kind of challenges would you like to do? I want as many ideas as possible. Good going on the weight loss I told you that you could do it!! I had to look at your ticker 5 times because,it looks like you weigh 272,000 lbs...lol It has both of your #'s so close that it looks funny Well,I guess now we will see who bites on this new group...I am so ready for this!
  • I think an exercise challenge would be an awesome way to start! Something to really challenge us and get us going!

    A walking challege is great! Weight loss challenge is great too.
  • How about a 10 mile per week walking challenge for the first month and a 2lb loss challenge for the first week?
  • That's do able. It will make me do it! I want to slack all the time. As you can see from my ticker I'm not even close to meeting my goal for this month. So yes, that's great!
