Default Down 19lbs!
Wheee!

I am down 19 lbs since starting in the weight loss contest at work 4 weeks ago. I've had the highest cumulative percentage of weight loss 3 weeks in a row. This week might be the highest again unless someone else had a huge loss. There is only one other lady who is close to my percentage but I still can't slack off.

I know I never post here but I want to send out to everyone on the board. You are all helping me to stick to it and keep losing. I might actually win the contest. Only 8 more weeks left to lose as much as I can. And then keep it up afterwards til I am at goal.
