Hi! My name is Emma, and I'm trying to lose weight. My ultimate goal is probably 150 lbs, but I think 175 lbs is my current goal. So far, I've lost 20 lbs, and I'm down to a wonderful 245. My goal is to see 219 by August 15th (my anniversary). I'm about 5'11", and I don't really have a plan in mind. Right now, I've just been biking everywhere and trying to not eat any processed foods.
I'm really looking forward to everyone's support, advice and friendship.
Way to go, emma, on those first 20 lbs! With your thinking, (BTW very inspiring) to get on the bike rather than wait for people to respond, you're going to lose lots more! And welcome aboard this forum, too!!!!

How was your bike ride? I rode my bicycle everywhere whan I was a teenager and loved how it kept me in shape. (Note to me...get a bike!) Take a look around the links and jump right in!
The bike ride was excellent, thank you for enquiring. There's a lovely bike path near my house, and then I picked up some black rice to go with the chicken that I've been slow cooking all day.
